Here's to lucky 13!

Here's to lucky 13!

The new issue of Forbes (dated May 19) publishes this year's Center for College Affordability & Productivity (CCAP) rankings, and Southern Methodist University appears in place #13, higher up on the list than respected institutions such as Cornell, Duke, Notre Dame and even MIT, for cripes sake.

The CCAP rankings are assigned based on student evaluations, college graduation rates and the percentage of students singled out for awards (such as Fulbright grants and Rhodes scholarships).

Now, if only they'd approved that pub on campus, the student approval factor might have kicked them another couple notches higher.
