Thanks. We've confirmed you are indeed right about the alcohol and have updated the page.

Let's get one thing straightened out first... Cindi's does serve alcohol. I know, I managed to spill my glass of wine before I had had more than 2 sips. But the glass was replaced and I wasn't charged. It was a bit strange - normally I order waffles at Cindi's and wine and waffles just don't pair well. But it was Friday night, I'd had a hard week and I don't drink beer.

So I ended up with a grilled Reuben and a glass of house red, relaxed and unwound. Life was good.

If you don't have room for warm bread pudding, at least get one of their HUGE black and white cookies to go. More like flat cakes and perfect with a glass of milk at midnight.

Ghostland Observatory Yes, they play here a lot because they are from Austin. No, that doesn't mean you can't see them again. Of course they will be back, but is that any excuse to not check out what some call the best live act this side of I-10? Didn't think so. "image by: Dániel Perlaky" '06 More info
